The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) wanted to grow its Certified Firm program by more than 25 percent.
To help increase the number of IICRC Certified Firms, Mulberry conducted an audit of the IICRC’s Certified Firm program and provided strategic recommendations for enhancing the program’s value. The strategy included providing more educational resources for Certified Firms, including a monthly webinar series, quarterly e-newsletter program and marketing toolkit. The content includes expert advice and content exclusively for IICRC Certified Firms. Mulberry promoted the enhanced program through PR, social media and direct communications.
To drive leads for Certified Firms, Mulberry also implemented a media relations program promoting the value of hiring Certified Firms to consumers following natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods and forest fires. Mulberry secured stories in local, regional and national consumer media promoting the importance of hiring Certified Firms to guarantee quality work following a disaster.
