ISSA Hygieia Network

Challenge

ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, wanted to better support women in the cleaning industry. The association understood the importance of representation and wanted to provide career advancement resources and a community where all felt welcome. 

Strategy

Mulberry helped establish ISSA Hygieia Network, which is now one of ISSA’s signature charities. Mulberry leveraged its deep industry connections to establish the network’s first Council and Committeeand develop its value proposition. By working closely with leading women in the industry, Mulberry helped launch and promote its offerings, which include a mentoring program, online networking community, webinars, conferences and an annual awards reception. Through an aggressive communications campaign, Mulberry was able to successfully convey the Network’s many benefits and drive awareness of gender diversity.
